Terms and Conditions

  1. Please show your ticket at the door.
  2. By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event for promotional use without compensation.
  3. This ticket is valid for one entry only on the date, time, and venue indicated. No re-entry permitted.
  4. Attendees are allowed to leave the venue once for a maximum of 10 minutes. Exceeding this limit may result in denied re-entry.
  5. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unused tickets will not be reissued or reimbursed.
  6. All guests and their bags are subject to security screening. Prohibited items such as sharp objects, weapons, outside food and beverages, alcohol, or illegal substances are not allowed.
  7. Line-up, schedules, and vendor participation may be modified or cancelled without prior notice. The overall event schedule is subject to change due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
  8. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be limited to the ticket’s face value.
  9. Visitors are responsible for verifying allergen information directly with food vendors.
  10. The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior without refund.
  11. The organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage.
  12. The organizer is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items during the event.
  13. These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Amman.
